Mini Medics 2023
Children in years 2 and Year 6 had the opportunity to learn the basics of First Aid. Staff from Help First Aid Training visited school and worked with the children, showing them CPR techniques using ‘rescusi- Annie’, how to put a casualty in the recovery position and choking. The sessions were fun (but with a serious message) and the children gained a lot of knowledge, which they can use in ‘real life emergencies’ if needed. The photographs show the children putting their newly gained skills into practice.
