At Firthmoor Primary School, the children learn about Remembrance Day / Armistice Day, and each year we hold a silence across school to mark the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. The children also learn about the meaning of the poppy and undertake activities about Remembrance Day. Below are some photographs of the children taking part in activities for this year’s activities.
