Gates will open at 1.30pm and locked at 1.45pm. Once the gates have been closed parents will not be able to leave until the whole event is finished.

There will be no access to toilets in the school building.

The event is due to finish at 3pm

Parents who are picking their children up will have to leave the premises and wait at the gate until school finishing time of 3.15pm.
